Eligibility for Admission

ADMISSION PROCESS

Admission/Registration for the academic year commences in the first week of March. Normally admissions depend on vacancies. Admission is granted on the basis of an admission/entrance test.

Document Required for Admission

At the time of admission the following documents will be required:

• - Transfer certificate (Original).
• - Photographs of the student (Passport size: 4Nos)
• - Photo copies of Health Certificate (Two copies)
• - Photo copy of Birth Certificate of the students

Withdrawals:

• - 15 day’s written notice conveying intention of withdrawal is to be submitted to the School authorities.
• - All dues up to the withdrawal date are to be cleared before applying for T.C.
• - The withdrawal from (Available in the School office) is to be submitted to the school office within the first week of the month, failing within, one month’s fee in lieu of notice will be charged.

Removal from Rolls:

A pupil’s name will be struck off the school rolls on the following grounds:

• - Absence from school for a period of 30 continuous days without the prior permission of the School authorities.
• - Non-payment of fees for 2 consecutive months.
• - Repeated failure in any grade.
• - Gross misconduct.
• - Pupils whose name are struck off the rolls may be considered for new-admission of the School at the Principal’s discretion but may be required to undergo the formalities of new admission cases.
